'Save the day, spay a stray!'
Sponsor a sterilisation of a street cat on Lesvos island!
'Save the day, spay a stray!'
One of our main goals, is to sterilise as many streetcats as we can.
This is the only way, to stop the endless suffering.. and to improve the lives of individual street cats significant.
Their chances of survival increases after sterilisation, and it means less kittens being born with very little chances to make it.
How do we do this?
The local volunteers on Lesvos island that we work with, will collect the cats and bring them to the local vets.
After the operation, the volunteers keep them in their house for a day or longer, to give them aftercare. (specially important in winter, because it can be also cold in Lesvos) After that, most of them will be returned to the exact place where they have been found (Trap, Neuter, Return), unless they are sick or when they need other care or treatments.
We will also feed the cats, when they are back with their colony after being sterilised.
Would you like to help us?
- 35 euro will sterilise one female cat
- 30 euro will sterilise one male cat
Every person that sends a donation, will receive a photo of the cat you helped to sterilise if you choose.
